Nadja Schmidt
„I am an optimist, but also a real organiser. That's how I approach things.“

When I am working as simultaneous interpreter, I have to solve linguistic problems and overcome all kinds of obstacles that might impede communication. And this must be done in a fraction of a second. This is where my fundamentally positive attitude really comes in handy: I just know that there is a solution and that I will find it. But it certainly doesn't hurt that I like meticulous planning as well. Then it can only work out in the end, right?
